I have 43 years of experience in my field. The last twenty years have been focused on integrating the mind, body and spirit into my therapy. I owned a holistic health center for 16 years and firmly believe that a peaceful joyful existence can be achieved by positive thoughts, healthy behavior and a positive loving belief system. I encourage my clients to make peace with their past by mindfully choosing to accept how they developed as a result of their negative experiences

I believe that all people struggle with signs and symptoms of stress, anxiety and/or depression at some point in their lives. I work with individuals and couples. While my specialization and license are in the area of couple therapy, I believe strongly that individual work is what leads to harmony in relationships. Childhood trauma is one of my important areas of focus in sessions, so as to help clients remove psychological blocks.
