You’re doing all the things—showing up for work, school, relationships, maybe even therapy—and still feel off. Burned out, anxious, and tired of pretending you’re fine when you’re barely holding it together. I work with young adults, grad students, and early-career professionals who overthink, overfunction, and feel stuck or disconnected. Many are helpers—medical providers, therapists, educators—running on empty and beating themselves up for not having more to give.

Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s not easy to carry everything on your own. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges with family and relationships, therapy can give you a safe space to pause, breathe, and find relief. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s weighing on you and begin making meaningful changes. Outside of work I enjoy music, reading, and spending time with my loved ones. I enjoy getting to know you and incorporating your personal interests into therapy, helping sessions feel natural, engaging, and meaningful.

Do you feel alone in your relationship? Do you feel unseen or unheard by your partner? Being in a relationship takes work. Sometimes it feels like the work is exceeding the joy that you were hoping for. provide couples therapy to people who are struggling with finding common ground with their partner. The goal for therapy is not to create a perfect relationship but a relationship that is “good enough” so you can balance the work and the reward of being in a relationship. The hope is to cultivate healthy attachment and felt safety and security with one another for your relationship to thrive.

Life is full of tricky philosophical puzzles: figuring out our moral, political, and religious values; having friendships, marriages, or other relationships; choosing and pursuing a career; grappling with aging and death; and many more. While traditional methods of psychology are helpful for a wide range of issues, more and more people are finding that it makes sense to turn to a philosopher to help them make progress on challenges that are genuinely philosophical. My ideal client is someone from any walk of life who wants to work on the puzzles of living and become an author of the story of their own life.

Do you feel like your are constantly struggling? Do you feel like you have waited way too long to reach out for help? It’s never too late. I believe everyone has the right to be happy and I work hard to achieve that with all of my clients. Depression hurts! Anxiety sucks! Stress can get the best of you and past traumas can debilitate you. Maybe you have picked up some negative coping skills you are not proud of. Or maybe you are doing absolutely nothing because it hurts so bad. Getting the motivation to do this is hard. But since you are here reading this I know you have it in you and together we can make it through.

It can feel safe to see the world through black and white lenses, and what feels safe can also suffocate growth. I have found great freedom in using AND statements..."I feel nervous AND I'm choosing to do it anyway". It feels like one major trust fall - what if I just fall AND...maybe you've experienced a trust fall that went horribly wrong. Therapy is a space to make repairs of old wounds and become the person to catch yourself the next time you choose to trust fall.

Life can feel like a never-ending to-do list. Where’s the time for you? I help clients who struggle with perfectionism and people pleasing get to the root of their problems. This might come up in life as feeling guilty for saying “no”, feeling selfish for not always putting others first, or feeling “not good enough”. It's difficult to maintain the pressure that others put on you, let alone the pressure that you put on yourself. Is this what you imagined life to be? It's time to break the cycle.
