I find personal gratification in communicating fresh perspectives and stimulating curiosity and new ideas, as ways for individuals to navigate life’s challenges. It is difficult enough when the systems in place as supports seem counterproductive and sometimes harmful in modern life as we know it. When life “lifes,” it’s completely understandable to want to learn new ways of adapting. I get it, I hear you, and I’m here to help you have those “ah-ha” moments as you work through self-discovery and healing through symptoms and experiences of grief, trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and/or relational problems.

I subscribe to a client-centered approach to work with a population struggling with cooccurring needs. Those clients that would benefit from our work, struggle with addiction and the recovery process, in tandem with mental health needs. With this notion, the population to whom I am primarily acquainted are those who are often initiating in their first steps of the treatment and recovery journey, those clients who have just recently made the decision, or are conflicted by the decision, to become sober needing a high level of care and clinical helping hand. Their goals are to achieve sustained recovery with an enhancement of wellness.

Accepting New Clients May 2026. My ideal client is an insightful adult navigating anxiety, depression, relational trauma, identity shifts, or existential questions. They may feel stuck in repetitive relationship patterns, burdened by internalized shame, or unsure of their role as partner, parent, or professional. They want clarity about their desire, relief from self-doubt, and a deeper understanding of how childhood experiences shape present struggles. They seek lasting change—not quick fixes—and the freedom to live more authentically.

Hello, I'm Christian. Life can throw challenges at you that can leave you feeling lost, helpless, overwhelmed, grieving, gripped by worry, or even hopeless. Perhaps experiences in your life have left you with unresolved trauma that keeps you from experiencing happiness or connecting with others. We are often ill-equipped to manage the problems we face, and this can leave us feeling stuck. Whatever the particular struggles you currently face, you need not be alone. I can come alongside you in your journey through your struggles and help you develop the tools you need to overcome them.

I believe healing happens when you’re able to show up as your full self—no judgment, just real talk. My approach blends empathy and logic, helping you feel understood while also challenging patterns that may be holding you back.
Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or clinical. In my space, it’s okay to laugh, cry, vent, swear, or sit in silence. You set the pace—we walk it together.

Waitlist for new clients - Offering telehealth and in-person counseling.
Life can be challenging, stressful, messy, scary, & imperfect. We carry so many burdens, often quietly, and sometimes we even start to feel like a burden ourselves. At other times, our own minds can be the loudest and most exhausting part of it all.
You don’t have to navigate any of this alone.
I’m deeply committed to helping people unburden their hearts and souls so they can feel more free, more grounded, and more themselves. Therapy doesn’t mean your life suddenly becomes easy, but it can become lighter, clearer, and far less lonely.
