Alliance Community Transition Group has both male and female therapists available who are still accepting new clients. However, EJ's caseload is full and he is not accepting new clients at this time.

My services include working with individual, couples, family and group counseling with adults, adolescents and children. My training is in the areas of anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship issues, trauma issues, and developmental transitions. I use a therapeutic approach that reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in the psychodynamic, person-centered, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral. I view problems as generally being developmental in nature, and approach each person, couple, family or group in a unique fashion.

I am Nate Wilson, Jr., MSW, LCAS. I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Psychotherapist, Specialist. I’ve been in the field of mental health for over 25 years. I’ve worked with various people from various backgrounds as it relates to cultural diversity such as race, gender, religion, ethnicity, and other distinct groups, each of which has different values and lifestyles. I earned my Master of Clinical Social Work from Fordham University, NYC, NY. I have been practicing in a licensed capacity since 2016. As a therapist, I use eclectic therapy approaches that cover many theories.

Clients tend to focus on the problem and want to "fix" the problem and reach their end goal. What I try to challenge my clients here is that instead of focusing on the problem, let us try focusing on solutions. Instead of focusing on an end goal, let us try walking through this life changing journey together. As a therapist, a positive therapeutic relationship and patience is key to fully understand and slowly opening up the shell of vulnerability. Once the client has allowed the therapist into their vulnerability, positive change can start to occur.

I specialize in helping you navigate through life's challenges, learn how to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, surroundings, situations, & to reduce automatic responses. My clients are often experiencing stressors related to burnout, life transitions, life stagnation, relationships, perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome, high achievement/striving, challenging family dynamics, & struggling with managing anxiety/depression symptoms, addictions, or just feeling "stuck". The goal is to find your peace, recognize that you are not separated by your mental, physical, & spiritual health but interdependently connected by them.

NEW location and more in person availability! Since 2012, my passion has been therapy/counseling, second only to being a father to my amazing daughter. I have amassed extensive experiences and training along that way. As a result, I can match each client with tools and philosophy that get them closer to where they are trying to go. My approach to all things centers on finding solutions in life, and my sessions are no different. From day one, I seek solutions while being present with those who allow me to be a part of their journey.

I am passionate about strengthening marriages, helping couples navigate bad choices, better communication, and how to recover from the difficulty of an affair. I believe in your marriage! Hang on! Men and women are trapped with porn addiction, and I am committed to help you as a person find the true path to restoration. The porn addiction cycle is tough, but with your commitment to work hard we can do this together. I will help you find healing from its personal devastation and within your marriage. My practice also includes helping church leaders find restoration from burn out or other struggles such as pornography or infidelity.
