Hi my name is EJ Davis, I am a licensed therapist with grassroots in mental health which started within my barbershop. It was in my work experience in the barbershop that I developed a sense of stewardship from the many conversations of families and individuals facing both barriers and stressors in life.
I believe in individualized interventions obtained from a knowledge base of formal education as well as my real life experiences and the experiences of those closest to me. I particularly enjoy working with couples and those experiencing mood disorders. My goal is to both support and empower each client to become the best version of themselves.
