That is why I treat my clients using a combination of talk therapy, body-based methods, mindfulness and naturopathic guidance. When healing trauma, simply putting things into words is not sufficient and could in fact be triggering. For this reason, I employ a Somatic Experiencing method to help clients safely access and work through their emotions and traumas stored in their muscle memory, which promotes healing of a wide range of conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and childhood abuse.

I hold a Masters in Teaching, BA in Psychology, NJ Teachers License and a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Certification.
