Do you struggle with Codependency issues and/or a Trauma history? Were you raised by a mentally ill or substance abusing family system or caregiver, then please send me an email. Children's art therapy-age 13 and under and Adult Art therapy offered.

I will tailor treatment strategies to meet your unique personality and needs. Through learning stress management techniques, healing past emotional issues, and employing new coping strategies, you will feel more powerful and in control of your life. I also provide, upon request, faith-based, spiritual, and/or non-theistic counseling

I love to work with adults, couples, and families to encourage fresh insights and approaches to problem-solving. I teach practices such as: meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, Eastern approaches, EFT, etc.. I am certified in Mindfulness and utilize tools from ACT, Imago, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Schema therapy.
