My counseling experience includes mental health and addiction treatment in outpatient, in-home, telehealth, and inpatient settings. I specialize in addressing problems related to depression, anxiety, ADHD/impulsivity, anger management, and interpersonal conflict. I assist clients in improving social and family relationships, self-esteem, and communication.
