I am primarily a female-focused therapist working with adolescent, teen and adult females in the state of New Jersey, through virtual sessions. I use a humanistic approach to therapy where I treat every patient the way I would my own friends and family - with a healthy dose of humor and rapport :) I believe our relationship is key to the therapeutic process. My speciality is in anxiety, depression and PTSD. With my person-centered approach, I use a mix of modalities tailored specifically to each individual's needs and goals. I combine my education, along with nine years experience, to best treat each individual.

My name is Christian Dozier, and I offer individual, couples, couples and individual sex therapy, family therapy and adolescent/college age therapy. I take a collaborative holistic approach. With your consent, I will work with your care team (psychiatrist, primary care physician, individual therapist if attending as a couple), to provide collaborative care. I am licensed in New York and New Jersey with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. I have training in psychoanalytic therapy, CBT, hypnotherapy, substance abuse and couples counseling. My approach is goal focused psychodynamic therapy and I am eclectic in nature. I have worked with adults and adolescents.

I am a licensed and board certified creative arts therapist with a master’s degree from Pratt Institute. I integrate a trauma-informed care practice with humanistic, client-centered, and psychodynamic approaches. I believe in the strength of creative problem solving and coping skills to assist clients in reaching their goals through the healing process. I have worked with a wide range of populations and settings including: outpatient clinics with adults, respite programs with adults with developmental disabilities, school settings, and community-based programs with children and adolescents.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey with training from UCLA and Columbia University in the assessment and treatment of anxiety and compulsive disorders. I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients to improve their quality of life. I strive to help my clients clarify their goals and learn the skills they need to achieve them.

The Agresta Psychotherapy group has been providing psychotherapeutic services in the Metropolitan area for over thirty years. I, personally, have worked in the mental health profession in various capacities for over 20 years. My specialties include anxiety disorders, relationship counseling, women's issues and family and group therapy. I established a division of APG called Women's Wellness. I am dual licensed as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and work with adults, adolescents and couples. He is Licensed in 14 states and has served clients from all age groups. Over the years, Dr. Jeff has organized lectures and various events in the community, including excursions and retreats for couples to improve their communication and better understand each other. He has experience working with athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In addition, Dr. Jeff has also worked with clients in the Movie, Music, and Entertainment Industries.

Dr. Montello is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience in mental health. Dr. Montello received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1999 and has maintained a private practice primarily serving adults, couples and older adolescents.
