About
I am dual licensed as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and work with adults, adolescents and couples. I am experienced counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, interpersonal issues including personality disorders, relationship issues and social phobias. Among those I serve are individuals also affected by chemical addiction. I've worked with individuals, spouses, parents and Adult Children of Alcoholics/Addicts (ALCOA) who wish to recover from their direct or indirect experiences with addiction. I also work with people with a history of physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.
Psychotherapy is a unique, personal, private and individual process. I feel privileged to be a part of that process. I truly enjoy helping people empower themselves and reclaim their lives by removing the obstacles that inhibit growth, satisfaction and meaning.
