I enjoy working specifically with individuals struggling fertility, prenatal, and postpartum issues. I also have experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, patterns of disordered eating, obsessive thoughts, struggles related to the military lifestyle, and adjustment issues. My goal is to create and hold a safe space for you to process your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so that you can learn how to not only cope, but to create an empowered version of yourself moving forward.
I come from a military family so I understand the challenges mental health, life transitions, and environmental factors have on a family. I come with experience in helping women and families navigate life most challenging moments.
