The issues people typically ask for my help with include: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personality issues, self-esteem, identity, substance use problems, compulsive behaviors (eating, gambling, sexual, etc), occupational/academic issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My clients achieve self acceptance and satisfaction by learning to make choices that are consistent with their values, needs, and goals.

Currently, my practice is completely full. My practice is substantially focused on clients who are experiencing the effects of trauma, from childhood trauma to recent trauma. Using a variety of modalities including EMDR, CBT, some somatic, emotional release, and more, my goal is to help my clients find resolution and move forward. My passion is assisting those who come to me with finding their way to their most inspired, integrated way of life.

The variety of mental health concerns and problems are as vast and diverse as any other category of medical concern. This is why | approach every client with a compassion and skill to help each individual or couple specific to their needs, not to their diagnosis. Having worked in counseling and inpatient psychiatry for over 10 years I have worked with the entire spectrum of mental illness and feel confident in my ability to approach individuals and couples with support, tools, and intellect to work through any concern.

Since I started working in mental health 27 years ago I have been helping those with trauma and addictions find solutions that worked for them. During that time I learned numerous evidence based approaches that helped those with anxiety, depression, family and interpersonal issues as well as grew in learning about and treating complex trauma and the interactions with compulsion disorders and addictions. I work with individuals over the age of 14 up and families with multiple challenges from integrating the blended family to addressing military deployments and reintegration. I work as an ally for LGBT+ community

I have been practicing in Santa Fe for the past 37 years. My passion is working with couples change their lives and thrive.

I specialize in working with 12 year old clients and older. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience working with substance abuse and addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I have worked with other clients on a lesser degree that have various other disorders, such eating disorders, sexual disorders, gender identity issues, those on the autism spectrum, delusional disorders, and psychotic disorders. I believe that anyone can change and accomplish reaching their best possible levels of personal and social well being with work and determination.
