When the storms of life come, it's nice to have someone who can offer the support you need when you need it the most. Soul Care offers compassionate Christian Counseling to those who seek to incorporate their faith into finding healing for issues of concern. We also offer Medications Management Appointments for children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. Soul Care offers services that are tailored to meet the individual needs of clients operating from a strengths-based and biblical perspective.

I work with EDMR, Grief/Loss, Bipolar, Complex Trauma, PTSD, DID, Attachment Issues, ODD/Conduct Disorder Issues, Depression, Juvenile Sex Offending and Victims, LGBTQ Community, EAP Referrals, Long and Short Term Therapy, Christian Counseling to those with this interest. I work with age groups from 10 years of age and up. Psycho-sexual Assessments ( sexual misbehavior) for ages 10-18 and Bio-Psycho assessments (behavior) upon request.

Currently I am working with adults, couples and families. However my qualifications are in the area of adolescents, and adults; individuals, couples and family counseling; population of HIV/AIDS, Substance Use, Mental Health, Veterans issues, College students, Employee Assistance, and Trauma clients. In supervision, I am qualified to supervise LPCs in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as, SUD: CSACs, LCASs, and CCSs in North Carolina and CACs in South Carolina.

I work with diverse populations. I offer services addressing women's issues, couples therapy, Christian counseling, and Trauma-Focused therapy. My specializations include working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depressive symptoms, self-esteem/self-worth, work-related issues, relationship conflict, breakups/divorce, familial discord, and issues related to race, culture, gender, and religion. I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy and a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. I offer an array of treatment modalities to meet the client's needs.

I am a licensed by the State of North Carolina and Wyoming as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 10 years' experience working the mental health field with at-risk youth and adults. I hold a master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University, graduated December 29, 2014. My formal education has prepared me to counsel individual, groups, adults, children, and couples.

I have always had a deep love for exploring the relationship between the heart, soul, and mind. This love drove me to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and to earn my Master’s degree with honors in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with concentrations in Christian Counseling and Crisis and Trauma Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
