Grief represents so many things, i.e., death, divorce, loss of a friendship, loss of a job and the list goes on. Life is about uncertainties, losses, and fear of the unknown, leaving us blinded by an overwhelming feeling of stress, depression and anxiety. Life’s journey often feels lonely as we try to feel normal when life is presenting us with a newness that is unfamiliar to us. - I provide PHONE counseling only.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 10 plus years of phone counseling experience related to grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transition related to postpartum depression, new careers, retirement, disabilities, and the aging process. Experience also includes building and maintaining relationships in a healthy way.
