I approach counseling from a person-centered (you come first) and trauma-informed (everyone experiences some form of trauma) lens and utilize evidence-based (tried & tested) therapies such as Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My work with children includes Client-Centered Play Therapy. If desired, I provide Christian Counseling.
