With a background as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and with a Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health, I have developed specializations including LGBTQ+ related concerns, anxiety and depression management, and enhancing self-worth and self-esteem. Bridget is a Board Clinical Supervisor and Psychotherapist with her LPCC and LADC. Her work experience includes, teens and pre-teens, adult co-occurring populations, such as Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), severe substance use, personality disorders, and court ordered and Drug Court clients. She has worked within inpatient, intensive outpatient, aftercare settings and now private practice. Ideal future clients include anyone identifying they would like and benefit from extra support in their lives. GLBTQIA and BIPOC clients are especially encouraged to connect for services.

My experience has included working with a wide variety people ranging from adolescents, adults, and families. I have had the opportunity to work with blended families, families contending with conflict, and couples experiencing relationship issues. Additionally, I have experience with individuals dealing with depression and anxiety.

I have a Master's of Professional Studies degree from the University of Minnesota through the Integrated Behavioral Health program. I am currently licensed as both an alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) and a professional clinical counselor (LPCC). The core of my work as an LADC and an LPCC is focused on the belief that all of my individual client's are good. Human beings who have had diverse experiences throughout their lives, which have shaped the way that they perceive and engage in the world around them.
