My areas of focus include depression and anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, addictions, eating disorders, and sleep disorders. I also work with those who may need help healing from abuse and trauma. I am a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling, and I offer faith-based counseling for clients who wish to integrate their beliefs.
My goal as your therapist is to facilitate the healing process by providing a safe place for you to share your story. We will spend time focusing on your unique strengths and how they can be engaged in the therapy process. It is my hope that as we work together, distorted beliefs will be replaced with truth, and you will begin to see yourself in a new light.
