The thought of therapy can feel overwhelming for any individual. As an experienced marriage and family therapist, I can make this process less stressful while helping you find lasting solutions to the issues in your life. I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families. My interests include but are not limited to helping individuals break negative patterns, couples improve communication and intimacy, rebuilding after an affair, perfectionism, empty nesting, grief and loss, trauma, improving self esteem, and business coaching. My clinical areas of focus are Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and OCD.
I offer flexible scheduling options that include morning, afternoon and evening appointments. Additionally, I offer 50 to 80 minute appointments to accommodate busy families with limited time. My offices are located in Hudson, WI and Woodbury, MN. These offices are conveniently located right off of I-94.
