As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over two decades of experience, I believe that people can change and life can get better. Our relationships can bring us tremendous joy and also immeasurable stress. When there are problems at home, this tension can rob you of your peace, steal your joy, and keep you up at night trying to figure out what to do. When you or someone in your family is suffering from anger, anxiety, divorce, depression, or substance abuse, it can be overwhelming. I’m thankful that my training and over 25,000 hours of experience have prepared me to help individuals, couples and families with these concerns.
I work collaboratively with you to create specific treatment goals, and then we take action with support and accountability. It is my mission–and not just my job–to help those who are hurting learn how to heal, forgive, reconcile, and thrive again. It starts with listening well, and then providing you with support and structure to make real lasting change.
If you or someone you love are dealing with any of these issues, it would be my honor to walk through this journey with you. It won't be easy, but it can get better. If you are looking for a quick fix, then I am not the therapist for you. But if you want to dig in, get to the bottom of things, and make a plan to make things better, then let's get to work.
