I believe that many of life's challenges can be resolved briefly. I have found that emphasizing strengths can build confidence. Additionally, answers can often be found within one's self. Establishing a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere in the counseling setting can assist with minimizing self-doubt.
In working with my clients, I have found it necessary to address needs individually. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach. Most importantly, I believe that promoting a positive and professional relationship can be the foundation for creating significant change.
