I honor and respect everything within you, in the midst of your search and struggle, which has brought you here. I really get how lonely, desperate, hopeless feeling or even numbing, that struggle can be. I have an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco — the first program in the world to blend Western schools of psychology with Eastern spiritual traditions.
I offer therapy grounded in academic rigor and scientific evidence. Anxiety, depression, and stuck life patterns are usually symptoms of various forms of trauma, which can render life anywhere from terrifying to dull and deadening, to anything in between. I use EMDR and the therapeutic relationship itself to heal trauma safely and effectively.
