I believe the most important parts of therapy are trust and collaboration. You'll know immediately if the therapist is right for you. If you don't feel it, keep looking. There's a lot of us therapists out here and your time and self-work are important! Additionally, at our most vulnerable times in life, we need someone who will hold a safe space for us to approach our edges - the parts of us we tend to avoid or neglect. Addressing our 'issues' is intensely brave and can also be terrifying! I commend you for embarking on this journey and invite you to call me if my words resonate with your needs.

I often work with couples (intercultural/bicultural, interracial, queer and BIPOC), men, and queer folks. You might be someone who is seeking support with navigating relational difficulties, racial identity development, societal expectations and narratives, deepening emotions, and challenging patterns that aren’t serving you. You might be someone who needs both comfort and challenge. You might be someone who struggles with sexual intimacy, shame around sex, or some other sexual concern that’s causing personal and or relational distress.

Hi! I’m Kennedy and I am passionate about working through complex trauma, especially with folks who have been historically harmed by oppressive systems. I enjoy working with clients who identify as Queer, Trans, and/or Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. I work with both individual clients or folks who are in relationship; whether it's romantic, platonic, or familial. I utilize a noncarceral lens, and draw on Black and Indigenous political and healing traditions. I draw on the theories of Gestalt, Somatics, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I value experiential techniques and being flexible with the clients comfortability and needs.

You're human. You have your best self, worst self, & most days are somewhere in between. We’ll look at your patterns & decide which are serving you well & which you want to shift. My goal is to normalize your messiness & then help you untangle it, so you can connect with your underlying needs & feel good about getting them met. I do a lot of work on healing attachment injuries & utilize emotionally focused therapy to help you learn to better trust yourself, simplify your communication, & feel more connected with others.

OHP books closed w/exception of gender-affirming letters of support. Openings for therapy via OON/self-pay (mornings only). The past few years have led to major increases in stress, social isolation and depression or anxiety, and collective trauma (often leaving an unequal burden on Black, Indigenous, and other people of color). This may make it difficult to find joy, experience pleasure, and be active participants in our own lives. I provide evidenced-based supportive therapy for trans and LGBTQ+ young people (14 years+) and young adults (18-30s) experiencing anxiety, depression, or difficulty adjusting to significant life events.

*Currently accepting new clients* In this new world, with unexpected disasters seeming to descend every day, and with an unprecedented level of connection to the larger world--complete with all of its joys and devastations--we are all a bit unmoored. I believe that we already contain all of the puzzle pieces that we need to survive and thrive, and I believe in the brave and necessary lifetime work of putting them together.

I help people who have been considered "non-traditional" in many ways, people who have been "othered", and felt like outsiders their whole lives. Perhaps you are feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns, at a crossroads, hitting a wall, desiring change or needing nonjudgmental guidance. You don't have to do this alone. Prioritizing your healing is a powerful way we positively impact ourselves and others. Together we create a supported container for whatever you bring, to facilitate deep understanding and create workable sustainable solutions. I specialize in trauma, transgender identities and ADHD. Offering ASD/ADHD assessments.

I am here for you. Truly comfortable with helping those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and self-harming, anxiety and overwhelm. I am at ease with working with persons who have met grief, those who have experienced trauma, and anyone who just can't find their peace. We treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and disorder, etc. from an intention to alleviate or change. This may bring temporary relief but it dismisses the wisdom of these internal states. When we can connect to our whole experience, we learn to be with all aspects of ourselves in a way that naturally brings a sense of aliveness to the vast experience of being human. This aliveness shows us who we are, how to be, and in what way to be of service to the world. It is a guide for meaning and beauty, showing us how to heal and remember what truly provides a sense of well being for our lives.

Hello, I'm Quinne. I have been in the Social Work field since 2006, and have focused most of my career in behavioral health and public health. I often spend a lot of time working with folx around healthy relationships, attachment, trauma healing, the complexities of identity, and I work from an anti-oppressive practice lens. I often bring considerations of intersectionality and privilege into the room. I identify as Queer and Biracial myself, and often support folx in these realms. I like to have a consultation with folx to see if we are a good fit, and think it's important for folx to find the therapist that is right for them.

Welcome! My name is Brad Pankey. I am honored to co-navigate the therapeutic experience with clients who: (1 ) feel like their life is getting smaller over time; (2) think about food and/or their body all day; (3) feel stuck in their heads amongst a whirlwind of thoughts; (4) feel as though they are living a life that lacks meaning; (5) who feel trapped by needing to control every aspect of their life; and (6) are experiencing crushing grief and life transitions. The clients who come to me are ready for change and interested in trying something new in therapy. They appreciate humor and a therapist who listens with an open heart.

Hi! My case load is full but check out my website to match with one of my associates who would love to work with you! I am an LCSW in Oregon and Washington. I work with teens and adults particularly around trauma and more severe symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also work with those with chronic illness, body image issues, gender questions, and neurodivergence. I have a particular affinity for people who have endured trauma and who feel like they are outsiders. I pride myself in being culturally sensitive and welcoming to all, and someone who works as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I'm an approved clinical supervisor in Oregon.

Change is possible. A diagnosis of OCD or another anxiety disorder can be scary and confusing. It can feel like your life is defined by dread, worry, fear, and exhaustion. Much of your energy and time are likely spent trying to present to the outside world as “successful” and “having it all together”. Internally, you may feel disconnected from your core self, your innate purpose and potential, and the ability to enjoy simple moments in your life. Anxiety doesn’t have to define who you are as a human. Therapy is courageous work. I’m glad you’re here making this first step.
