Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone—I offer a space that’s creative, compassionate, and affirming.
I’m passionate about supporting folks working through complex trauma and with Queer, Trans, and BIPOC individuals, as well as people in all types of relationships—romantic, platonic, or familial. My approach is noncarceral, drawing from Black and Indigenous healing traditions, Gestalt, Somatics, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I value experiential techniques, flexibility, and honoring each person's comfort and needs as we navigate the healing process together.
I value authenticity, feedback, and directness. We’ll start with what’s present in the body (if tolerable), using it as a foundation for experiments, visualization, psychodrama, and storytelling. Through this, we’ll weave a narrative that blends reality and play—helping you explore, process, and reclaim your story in a way that feels true to you
I lead with care, compassion, and honesty. I value humor as a healing tool and don’t believe in being a ‘blank slate’ therapist—I show up as my full, authentic self. I work best with folks who’ve struggled with traditional talk therapy and are open to being a little weird and creative. If you’re ready to approach healing in a new way, I’d love to connect!
