My belief is that effects of therapy flourish even after the session is over, as you can continue using a reflective lens to think about, talk about, and express your feelings in all areas. I work with clients from all walks of life. From depression to suicidal thoughts- homelessness or confusion about gender identity- marital issues to drug addiction- I have worked with it all. I can promise that I have an open mind and an open heart and I will not judge you or your situation. I am here to listen, validate, and to help you navigate your thoughts.
I am happy to serve teenagers 14+, adults, couples and families. My therapeutic style combines Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Solution- Focused and Strengths Based therapies.
As your therapist, I will walk alongside you on your journey to mental wellness, providing perspective and support every step of the way. A few things about me: My favorite color is orange, I am a dog(dachshund) lover, I'm a PA native, I am a mom of 2, I love coffee, summer is my fave, I am part of the peloton club, and I love to read my kindle.
