Reaching out is brave, and therapy is a great place to start making sense of it all! I offer a warm, non-judgy space where you can unpack, process, laugh, cry, and set real goals. Healing starts the moment we feel heard, and therapy should be honest, human, and healing—not intimidating or clinical. Together we’ll look at your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, not just symptoms. It’s not about fixing you—it’s about rediscovering your strength.
One of my greatest joys is facilitating early morning therapy groups (yes, 7 am!) for women who want something more grounding than coffee. I also work with medical professionals, high achievers, students, anxiety, grief, PTSD and past trauma, over-thinkers, burnt-out caregivers and anyone who feels stuck but isn’t sure where to start. You’re invited, too!
We'll start by building a strong, trusting relationship and work together to challenge perfectionism, quiet that inner critic, and move through what’s holding you back. I'm also a board-approved supervisor offering clinical supervision for LPC residents. Therapy can be serious—but it can also be freeing, empowering, and, maybe, even a little fun :)
