As a woman living with a disability, I understand what it’s like to navigate a world not built with me in mind. These experiences shape my work, grounding it in empathy, humor, and a commitment to equity, justice, and accessible care.
I also grew up in a high-control religious environment and have done my own deconstruction, which informs my therapeutic approach. I prioritize a warm, collaborative counseling relationship and use flexible, client-centered modalities to support self-awareness, healing, and navigating life’s stressors!
Some areas I specialize in include the LGBTQIA+ community, poly/ENM community, kink, sex therapy, adoption, chronic illness & disability, and religious trauma. I am aligned with HAES. As a longtime member of the amputee community, I helped to found a support group for amputees.
