Through strength focused therapy, I work hard to empower you to feel more aware—and in control—of your life and your reactions. We will work collaboratively to improve your functioning and overall wellbeing.
With 20+ years of experience, I have a deep understanding and skill level in working , with many difficulties. My specializations include peri/post mental health, fertility challenges, trauma processing, complex grief, chronic illness, body shame, eating difficulties, and gender identity support. I also greatly enjoy working with older individuals.
