As a therapist, I aim to help you navigate challenges and gain a deeper understanding of yourself by examining behavioral patterns, developing coping skills, and integrating mindfulness. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental space in which we work collaboratively, building upon your strengths and helping you realize your full potential.
I work with adults grappling with life transitions, relationship challenges, loss and grief, substance abuse, parenting, trauma, and self esteem issues, with a focus on alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression.
In addition to private practice, I work with patients and their families at a large teaching hospital, where I've also served as a wellness advisor to medical staff, faculty, and students. Over the course of more than a decade of this work, I've witnessed the power a therapeutic relationship has in motivating change. I look forward to hearing from you!
