In therapy, I create a space where you can be your authentic self, in the safety of a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and cared for. I have a warm therapeutic approach that is collaborative as we work together toward the heart of what you need.
I enjoy working with Gen Z and Millenials. I have an integrative, depth-focused approach, and specialized training in trauma, EMDR, depression, and anxiety.
