I have a warm therapeutic approach that is collaborative as we work together toward the heart of what you need.
I enjoy working with Gen Z and Millenials. I have an integrative, depth-focused approach, and specialized training in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am EMDR certified by EMDRIA the EMDR International Association.
