Throughout our time together, I’ll draw from a variety of evidence-based theories. I incorporate attachment theory to understand how your relationships shape your experiences, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore different parts of yourself, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop practical coping skills.

Mindfulness will help you stay present and grounded, somatic therapy will address the physical aspects of your experiences, and neuroscience-based practices will inform our understanding of how your brain and nervous system function. My approach is all about creating a supportive space where you feel heard and can increase your understanding of yourself.
