I have worked as a school counselor for the past several years and am now enjoying private practice as well. Counseling in a school setting has granted me the opportunity to work with my students and their family members. Exploring family systems and fostering an understanding between family members is one of my greatest passions. I also enjoy working with adults that are going through the many challenges and changes that life can throw at us. Sometimes in life, we feel stuck, we don't know where to go, or we just feel confused. Therapy is a great place to start when tackling big - or little - life questions!
