The field of psychology is making some wonderful strides. Research has found a connection with the body and emotions. Using techniques like EMDR, EFT Tapping, Flash Technique etc. people can now reduce stress from memories, anxiety and depression at an amazing pace. I use these in my practice and am still in awe of the results.
