I enjoy addressing the root causes of issues & using deeper brain-based treatments to heal your brain rather than just treat symptoms. I am a certified EMDR therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and am trained in Brainspotting. I use these approaches often as I have seen these interventions to be very effective and efficient.
I provide individual counseling to adults and older teens via Telehealth (video or phone), in person in Overland Park and EAP counseling services at Burns & McDonnell Health Center.
