This view includes building a strengths-focused relationship, which promotes exploration and openness to new experiences. I like to maintain a variety of different ways to help clients, so I focus on thought patterns, decision-making, relationships and emotional experiences. I am goal oriented, empathetic, and believe in using the power of each person's innate strengths to help him or her overcome obstacles.
I have a wealth of clinical experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in Spanish and English. Over the years, I have developed a well-established understanding of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. I enjoy working with clients on a multitude of topics.
