I have a master's in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling, and I'm an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist. To create a secure and supportive environment, I use diverse approaches like CBT, DBT, solution-focused, family systems, EMDR, and parts work to help you make changes and support your growth.
