I have over 24 years working in mental health and I am deeply committed to helping individuals and couples to navigate the complexities of life with compassion and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with individuals who are facing depression, anxiety, intense anger, chronic illness, caregiver strain, grief, and life transitions. One approach I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which empowers clients to develop healthier thinking patterns, manage emotions, and build effective coping strategies.
When I work with couples, I integrate the Gottman Method Couples Therapy model to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance emotional connection. This will aide in strengthening your relationship , rebuilding the connection and move towards shared goals and dreams.
