Where your mind goes, your body follows. Hi my name is Karin Klapova. I work one-on-one with you to help identify lifestyle and emotional patterns that might play a bigger role in your physical health and wellbeing. Together, through our regular talk therapy sessions, we can start to uncover how your personal habits around sleep, nutrition, and exercise contribute to your overall mental health. My goal is to help you identify the root issue of your emotional eating, and guide and support you toward healing, self-empowerment, and ultimately finding the inner-confidence and love that you’ve been longing for.
I provide a safe space and collaborative environment for you to feel comfortable on your healing journey. This type of therapy is most valuable for those who want to change their eating habits, lose weight and shift their mindset toward their body. My aim is to provide you with practical tools and support to empower yourself to heal from the inside out.
I believe we can appreciate our bodies, show ourselves compassion, and trust our decisions, without sacrificing our mental or physical health. Sometimes we just need a helping hand. I know that no single journey is right for everyone, and so I work individually with people to find what makes the most sense for them.
