My passion as a mental health counselor lies in providing support to families with a special focus on nurturing the well-being of children. Child development holds a special place in my heart. I firmly believe that these formative stages shape a person's identity. I'm committed to creating safe and nurturing environments for children, aiming to build securely attached relationships and supporting their growth into emotionally healthy individuals. My current training emphasizes attachment science and is trauma-informed. I focus on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their relationships through effective communication.
As a family-oriented individual, I'm empathetic towards clients who may be facing challenges in their relationships with loved ones through a neurodiverse affirming lens. Understanding and respecting diverse communication styles and information processing methods is vital for fostering healthy connections. I value the courage and vulnerability by my clients.
