I understand the fear of being trapped in your negative experiences and how helpless that can feel without loving support. The truth is life is as challenging as it is remarkable and respecting how trauma, stress, neglect, or illness are showing up in your body and experience is paramount to healing. Trauma can show up as patterns of protection that keep us stuck in feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, hopelessness, and fear. And keep us from enjoying secure and loving relationships with others.

I am a holistic therapist, so I believe we ought to take in the whole person - heart, head, and body - in order to heal. I specialize in Somatic, Attachment, & Mindfulness based therapies. I am influenced by parts (IFS), Existential, Strength based styles. It depends on who I am sitting with and what they respond to, as we all have our own process.

I have a passion for helping teens, adults, and couples make meaning of their experiences and to be a gentle, sometimes funny, sometimes direct guide for anyone who is READY TO MAKE CHANGES IN THEIR LIFE AND RELATIONSHIPS.
