I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, PTSD and chronic stress. My philosophy is that every person and every family is different. I tailor treatment for each individual situation. My process varies person to person and is always geared toward healing and increasing satisfaction and success in life. I provide a safe, supportive environment to begin your healing process and commend you for taking the first step toward your own success.
I work with children, adolescents, adults and families going through their own unique situations. Anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, trauma and sexual abuse and behavioral issues are some of the issues I've helped people through. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and proponent of Health At Every Size.
