I love being that trusted therapist. As a creative arts therapist trained in drama therapy, I complement the work of talk therapy by using creative techniques such as writing, drawing, and improvisation as tools for wellness and insight. I’m also in the process of completing my foundational training in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
You don’t need to believe you’re creative (though I already believe that you are) in order to work with me. We can talk, use creative arts, or both.
