I specialize in supporting those who work in law enforcement, fire-fighting, military, medical, forensics, and security personnel. I have been supporting this population for several years. Having a personal knowledge of the Law Enforcement and Corrections field's unique cultures, I know the importance of being able to talk to someone who understands first-hand the challenges that type of work brings to your life. I also have experience helping people navigate life changes, address the legacy of trauma, create healthy boundaries, build self-worth, and process invisible grief (i.e. relationships you wanted to have had but didn't).
I specialize in treating trauma (vicarious, primary, secondary, complex), high stress levels, burnout, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, self-harm and suicidality, anger and aggression, and relational issues. I also have experience working with personality disorders symptoms and invisible grief (i.e infertility and losing false relationships).
