My ideal client(s) are looking for a safe, secure, and empowering environment to explore change and experience healing. They come to understand that they want more for themselves, for their lives, and for their relationships. Perhaps there are parts of themselves that self-sabotage and hold them back. Many of my clients struggle with unwanted sexual behavior such as pornography addiction. Clients of mine may struggle with embracing their identity, and becoming the person they want to be. They may encounter difficulties in a relationship with someone they love, and want so much more for themselves and their partner.
I specialize in treating unwanted sexual behavior, betrayal trauma, sex addiction, masculinity issues, PTSD, complex trauma, religious transition, couples' issues, and sexual abuse and perpetration. I am trauma-informed, and I use a blend of Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR in treatment.
