I have experience in the treatment of addictions, anxiety, and depression. I am also experienced working with trauma, bipolar and borderline personality disorders. I graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2020 with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working on my CSAT certification. Prior to gaining my Master's in Clinical Mental Health, I worked in non-profit outreach providing services such as psychoeducation in anger management to marginalized population groups and people operations providing recruiting, career development, and human resources support.

I am a licensed professional counselor with a background in both sport psychology and clinical mental health. My degree and experience allows me to work with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. My life purpose is to break generational curses and make mental health a household conversation. Being a woman of color, mental health has not always been an assessable conversation. In the black community, we are always told to be strong, get over things quickly, and keep looking forward. Unfortunately, that meant we spent years overlooking normal human emotions that caused us to develop bad and unhealthy habits and relationships as an adult.
