I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults who are ready to address and take action in their life and wellness issues. I have worked extensively with individuals who have experienced mood irregularities, anxiety, neurodiversity, trauma, oncology, low self esteem and confidence, and those recovering from painful relationships.
I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach so that clients feel heard and cared for and have solutions they can readily use in life. I also incorporate mindfulness and dialectal behavior therapeutic tools to help clients develop and strengthen their mind-body relationship and confidence. My goal is to help you realize your power.
