About
It can often be a challenge to find a counselor to connect with, to feel comfortable sharing your experiences with and that seem to "get you". We also often want someone that cannot only understand and empathize but also to challenge behaviors/beliefs in a way that help create introspective thought, growth and change. I endeavor to join you on your journey, exploring what you seek, while also embracing the idea that sometimes you just need the ability to share safely and authentically in a supportive environment.
I specialize in relationships and sex therapy, helping individuals and couples develop esteem, comfort and coping strategies to navigate your world in order to create healing whether from trauma, depression/anxiety or relationship challenges. My goal is to help you tap into your passions/desires to experience life in a way that is meaningful and satisfying
I’m available for telehealth as well as in person sessions. I also offer classes in female esteem, passion and sexuality and the 7 principles of making a marriage work. I have been in the field for over 25 years, am an Army veteran, embrace diversity in all persons, am sex positive and kink allied. It would be an honor to work with you!
