I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, Embodied Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and performance anxiety. I also work with women in transition facing the quandary of what to do next in their lives. Clients of mine fall within the 12-24 year old range with their main struggles surrounding identity development, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and self-esteem. I am passionate about providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I enjoy working with diverse cultural backgrounds, all sexual orientations and gender, and advocating for clients. I use an integrative treatment pulling from Humanistic, Systems, Trauma-Informed, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while incorporating expressive therapy techniques for individual clients. Rebecca Davis is a licensed professional counselor who earned her master's degree in Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University. She was inspired to become a therapist during high school, where she found her passion for relating to and helping others while volunteering on the teen staff for the Operation Snowball and ITI (Illinois Teenage Institute) programs to help work with other teens. Over 25 years of counseling experience working in school settings, where she provided individual, group, and family therapy to children

Velma is licensed social worker who holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Velma has experience in providing clinical recommendations to both state courts and private agencies for children and families in the Illinois child welfare system. She is described as authentic, funny and kind and hopes to assist people on their path toward being a better version of themselves. She strives to offer guests hope with a different perspective, using both humor and silence. She is solutions oriented while believing that all guests come with their own processes.

Gwen Clancy graduated with a B.S. in Sociology from Illinois State University & a masters from St. Xavier University. She’s worked in agency settings since graduating college & really enjoys helping folks make forward progress in their lives. Her experience ranges from working with substance abuse, domestic violence, runaway/homeless youth & supervised residential for youth & those who have severe mental illness & are trying to re-integrate into the community. She describes those times as having been challenging & rewarding, as each person she’s worked with has taught her something valuable as a therapist.

Annette has been speaking, consulting and educating in the realms of Psychology for over 20 years. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)). Annette holds two Master Degrees from Loyola University Chicago, in Pastoral Studies and Counseling. Annette is trained in the Enneagram System and in Internal Family Systems. She spent nine years in pastoral ministry in both parish and university settings, and has worked in the mental health field within community mental health, hospital and private practice settings for more than 25 years.

The Midwest Asian Health Association's Community Mental Health Clinic (CMHC) was established in 2015 with the vision to provide linguistically appropriate, culturally sensitive, and financially affordable mental health services to underserved Asian American & Pacific Islander, Asian immigrants, and other low-income minority populations in the Midwest. The counselors and staff at the CMHC are dedicated to creating community in which all people, regardless of language or ability to pay, will be able to access mental health services to improve their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Mallory Jones specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and athletes, including: anxiety and mood disorders, relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+ concerns, athletic performance struggles, body image, identity struggles, and life transitions. She gained mental performance consulting experience working with youth and college athletes on struggles including attentional focus, energy management, anxiety, self-confidence, leadership development, and the mental impacts of the injury.
