Clients of mine fall within the 12-25 year old range with their main struggles surrounding identity development, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and self-esteem. My clients come to therapy with presenting problems including: anxiety, depression, attentional difficulties, interpersonal relationship struggles, and emotional dysregulation difficulties. Working collaboratively with me, clients can expect a clear understanding of the treatment process as well as mutually formulating achievable and impactful therapeutic goals.

My counseling style incorporates understanding of developmental trajectory and life stages to individualize each client's experience and provide an empathetic space for support. Working with Narrative Therapy and identity issues, clients can expect to foster a positive self-relationship and understand the intersections of their identity.

Feelings of isolation, inadequacy, dysphoria, and self-hatred can prevent us from taking the steps to growth/happiness. When struggling with the very basis of who we are and what we mean to others, asking for help can be anxiety-provoking and vulnerable.
