About
Would you like to feel more comfortable within yourself and your relationships? Be somewhere safe to explore what pains you; with someone who truly understands? That is what I can offer you on your healing journey. I work with individuals and couples who know they need to make a change and need guidance to make it happen.
I specialize in body-based psychotherapy approaches, Internal Family Systems and EMDR to develop the relationship between one's body and mind, self and other. I equip my clients with the skills and tools necessary to not only manage their symptoms but also get to the root cause.
Together we will build self-compassion and a deep understanding towards the parts of you that are in less than ideal roles, so you may be released from the the inner turmoil and friction points within your body-mind.
