I am a child therapist providing services for children & adolescents ages 3-18. I enjoy working with individuals aged 12 through adulthood with particular interest in trauma/PTSD, women's issues, anxiety disorders, chronic illness/chronic pain, insomnia and sexual strain/dysfunction. My approach is trauma-informed and empirically supported. I use play-based strategies in my work with children and I am trained in EMDR as well as CBT-i (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia).
